Liverpool/UK, one of the two European Cultural Capitals in 2008, will stage a PLDA workshop from 27. October – 01. November, 2008.
With seven workshop groups this will be the biggest workshop ever organised by PLDA!
The workshop will take place in a section of the city known as the “Baltic Triangle” which is an historic port area bordered by Rope Walks, the Paradise Street Project and Kings Waterfront, and include two sites on the opposite side of the Mersey.
The City of Liverpool is becoming a pulsating metropolis with an exciting mix of business buildings, new architecture and attractive shopping centres.
The following lighting designers will be heading the workshops:

The preparatory meeting will take place at the end of February, when the workshop heads will select the project sites.
